FF-2.5/10T Bend Fixtures with Hardened Supports

Fixture Configurations: FF-2.5T are Aluminum bend fixtures up to 2.5kN capacity. FF-10T bend fixtures are Steel bend fixtures up to 10kN capacity. These fixtures come with 150mm or 300mm support span with hardened supports. Standard support radii options include 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 3.2, 4, 5, and 10mm. Four-point and three-point bend configurations are available.
FF-2.5/10X Bend Fixtures with Interchangeable Rollers

FF-50/100T High-Capacity Bend Fixtures

Fixture Configurations: FF-50T is the 50kN Aluminum bend fixture and the FF-100T is the 100kN capacity Steel version. These high-capacity bend fixtures are supplied with 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm diameter rollers. A variety of support span options are available including: 360, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, and 1300mm.
FF-T-ASTM C158 Bend Fixture
Testing Standard: ASTM C158
Fixture Configuration: The bend fixture designed per ASTM C158 is a four-point bend fixture with moveable and articulating rollers for testing glass specimens. The lower support bar is 300mm long and the upper support bar is 200mm. For other configuration options, contact ADMET.
FF-T-ASTM C1161 Bend Fixture
Testing Standards: ASTM C1161| ISO 843-1 | ISO 14704
Fixture Configurations: ADMET offers all testing configurations with the corresponding support spans and roller diameters for ASTM C1161 ceramic flexural testing. FF-T-ASTM C1161 bend fixtures can be ordered for 3-point bend loading, 4-point bend loading, or both. Rollers are fully-articulating and free-to-move as described by the standard.
FF-T-ASTM C1609 High Capacity Bend Fixture & Assembly
Testing Standards: ASTM C1609 | ASTM C1812
Fixture Configuration: ADMET is one of a select few of testing machine manufacturers that offers equipment to perform the excruciatingly demanding ASTM C1609 tests. The Standards Committee has recently updated the requirements for the bend fixture used in ASTM C1609 testing. Changes to the ASTM C1609 three-point bend fixture include:
- Loading nose to be designed per ASTM C78
- Bottom brackets to be designed according to ASTM C1812
The FF-100T-ASTM C1609 bend fixture can be ordered with the cage and two displacement transducers with holders at mid-span.
FF-T-ASTM D2344 Bend Fixture

Fixture Configuration: FF-T-ASTM D2344 is a 50kN bend fixture designed with rollers for flat laminate and a special bottom support with free-moving slides for curved beam strength tests.
FF-T-ASTM D6415 Bend Fixture
Testing Standard: ASTM D6415
Fixture Configuration: FF-T-ASTM D6415 fixture is a special curved beam strength bend fixture designed to test 90° angled samples of fiber-reinforced polymer-matrix composites according to ASTM D6415. The standard force capacity is 50kN. For all options, contact ADMET.
FF-T-ASTM D7774 Bend Fixture
Testing Standard: ASTM D7774
Fixture Configurations: ASTM D7774 calls out for 3-point and 4-point bend tests and we offer both configurations conforming to the standard. The special roller system allows the samples to be fixed between the rollers.
FF-T-EN 14651 Concrete Bend Fixture & Assembly
Testing Standard: EN 14651
Fixture Configuration: The special EN 14651 flex fixture is a high-capacity three-point bend fixture for concrete testing. ADMET FF-T-EN14651 includes a loading roller assembly that is able to rotate freely, removable pins in rollers with rotating capabilities, and pins used to help with preliminary specimen set up.
The EN14651 bend fixture can be ordered with the cage and a displacement transducer with holders at mid-span as specified by the standard.
